Matchibako Bistro is a newly opened Izakaya in the Thonglor area where Italian and Japanese cuisine conjoins. The content direction focuses largely on their monthly promotions and deals to introduce and drive more people in while presenting the USPs of their unique dishes and friendly interiors that anyone, fans of Japanese Izakayas or not, will surely enjoy. Due to the Izakaya being in its freshly launched phase, I and my team focused more on pushing the brand's core pillars to pair with an advertising strategy aimed at more reach and awareness.
